But really, isn't EVERY day meant to celebrate chocolate? In honor of this great holiday, we decided to celebrate with a Chocolate Chip Cocktail!
Yup. You heard right! A chocolate chip cocktail!

Chocolate Chip Cocktail
- 2 ozs Pinnacle Cookie Dough Vodka
- 1 oz Amaretto
- 2 ozs Milk (we used Almond Milk, but you can use any milk, even half and half to make it REALLY decadent)
Mix with ice and strain into the glass of your choice garnished with a rim* of brown sugar, miniature chocolate chips, and chopped walnuts.
*Note: we used spun sugar on the rim of the glass to help "set" the ingredients
Remember to always cocktail responsibly!
